General terms and conditions

Period of stay:
Arrival from 15h – departure before 10h30 (unless otherwise agreed)

Reservation:
After depositing the deposit (and signing the contract), the reservation is final and you will receive confirmation.

Payment:
20% at the time of booking.
Balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.

Keys:
Provided by our agent on site.

Security deposit:
No deposit to be paid

Cancellation conditions:
In case of cancellation between the booking date and 7 weeks before the start of the stay: 20% of the total price will be retained.
In case of cancellation within 7 weeks before the start and 2 weeks before the start, 40% of the total will be retained.
In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the start of the stay and after: 100% of the total price will be retained.

House rules

Please respect the rented apartment, its neighbours and its surroundings – including silence after 10pm.

Small pets are allowed.

Smoking is prohibited indoors. Outside, please do not trample and/or throw away cigarette butts on the terrace.

Please leave the flat and its contents in perfect condition for the next guests.

All furniture must remain in place. When leaving, the dishes should be washed and put back, the waste taken to the street containers and the toilet left in clean condition.

The flat should be swept/dust vacuumed. Thorough cleaning will be done by a professional cleaning team.

All beds have mattress and pillow protectors. Bed sheets, pillowcases are provided in duplicate, as well as spare mattress protector.

Please use all equipment correctly, if not we have the right to keep the rental deposit for cleaning the mattress and/or mattress protector.

Please always and immediately inform us (or the rental office) in case of damage or problems. Of course, you can also contact us for practical questions.
